As the evening darkened into night, the lights of Miracle Mile slowly came on, one-by-one, to welcome the late comers to the Strip. Great read! It's an easy read for a leisurely afternoon with a great heroine to root for. Deborah is such a sweet woman. She wants to wait for her man while he is missing in action in the war. But then another handsome man enters her life and she's torn between her feelings for her sweetheart and the potential for new love. This book is so well written you won't want to put it down until the very end. I loved it!

This one has Tess Michaels, a very pretty Tess.

Tess is a whiz with numbers and accounts. She can do it all in her head and its always right. She's also extremely wealthy. Stinking rich by anyones standards. She doesn't have to work but does and gives her paycheck to charity.

Tess gets into work at The Cathouse in Diable, Arizona.

The Cathouse is a most exclusive gentlemens club. She's the bookeeper there. She finds that over twenty one thousand dollars, last night take, is gone. She wonders if her boss, Jack Campbell has come in early and made the deposit himself and forgot to leave her a note?/

Thinking on it she decides can't be because Jack has a memory like an elephant and he would never forget to leave a note.

This one has Matt, Tess, Captain Sterling, Jayden Hawk, Brett, Shadow, the wives, Jack's ex wife and her hubby, theft, a shady guy who's owed money, a couple of fund raisers, SEAL's Inc and Matt and Tess finding love and life.
